STF Assam Raids Galaxy Guest House, Seizes Fake Gold and Apprehends Three Individuals
Guwahati, July 06, 2024: A swift raid conducted by the Special Task Force (STF) of Assam yesterday afternoon uncovered a fake gold operation. Acting on reliable information, the STF targeted Room No. 207 at Galaxy Guest House in Jogipara, VIP, under the Azara Police Station jurisdiction.
During the raid, several individuals were apprehended, and various items were seized. The seized items include one fake gold boat-shaped object weighing 1.832 kg, four mobile phones, Rs 550 in cash, two money purses, and one Titan wristwatch.
The apprehended individuals are Fulzar Hussain, 24, from Sonapur Reserve Gaon, Bihpuria, Lakhimpur; Inamul Ali, 24, from Sonapur Reserve Gaon, Bihpuria, Lakhimpur; and Nizam Uddin, 33, from Ahmedpur Gaon No.1, Bongalmara, Bihpuria, Lakhimpur.
