Cyber Police Retrieve ₹20 Lakhs for Doboka Fraud Victim, More Recovery Expected

The victim, who lost ₹23.5 lakhs in an unauthorized transaction in July 2024, saw part of the stolen amount returned to their bank account.

With persistent efforts, they were able to secure the substantial sum, though the full amount remains unrecovered. Cyber Police sources confirm that steps are ongoing to retrieve the remaining ₹3.5 lakhs, signaling a continued commitment to full restitution for the victim.
