Major Anti-Narcotics Operation Yields 20,000 Yaba Tablets in Karimganj

The operation culminated in the recovery of a substantial cache of illicit drugs, with law enforcement officials seizing approximately 20,000 Yaba tablets.
During the raid, authorities apprehended two individuals believed to be associated with the illegal drug trade. The arrests were made by a coordinated effort involving a team of Karimganj Police personnel.
Sources close to the investigation have revealed that the seized contraband, consisting of Yaba tablets, holds an estimated value of Rs 2 crore. This significant interception underscores the persistent efforts of law enforcement agencies to combat the proliferation of narcotics within the region.
