Bajali Police Thwarts Major Drug Trafficking Attempt, Seizes 10,000 Bottles of Phensedyl at Golia Toll Gate
Desk Report, May 05, 2024: In a commendable display of Police prowess, the Bajali Police have intercepted a truck laden with a significant quantity of Phensedyl at the Golia toll gate. This successful operation, lauded as a substantial breakthrough, underscores the relentless commitment of law enforcement agencies in combatting drug trafficking within the region.
The seizure, which amounted to 10,000 bottles of Phensedyl concealed within secret compartments of a container truck bearing registration number UP 21CN 5610, was executed as the vehicle was en route from Muradabad to Guwahati. The swift and decisive action by the Bajali Police culminated in the apprehension of a suspect identified as Faim, hailing from Uttarakhand.
The Bajali Police, in a statement released via social media, hinted at the alleged inspiration drawn by the perpetrators from the recent cinematic depiction of criminal activities, notably referencing ‘PUSHPA FAME’. However, they emphasized the reality that it is the Bajali Police who are orchestrating the script of #PUSHPA2 through their relentless pursuit of justice.
