Assam Minister Ranoj Pegu Announces Reopening of ‘DARPAN’ Portal for HS 1st Year Admissions
Guwahati, June 01, 2024: The Assam Cabinet Minister for Higher Education and School Education, Ranoj Pegu, has announced the reopening of the online admission portal “DARPAN” for Admission into HS 1st Year. Minister Pegu made this announcement via ‘X’ (formerly Twitter), informing the public that the portal will be accessible for admissions from June 01, 2024, to June 09, 2024.
This decision, in accordance with a previous office notification, AHSEC/R&A/ADMN/2020/3/1/979 dated 02 May, 2024, provides a timely opportunity for students aspiring to secure admission into HS 1st Year Class for the session 2024-25.
Interested applicants are encouraged to visit the official website of AHSEC (ahsec.assam.gov.in) or access https://darpan.ahseconline.in for detailed information and to submit their applications within the stipulated timeframe. It is imperative to adhere to the deadline, as institutions are mandated to complete the admission process by June 12, 2024.
The official notification underscores that offline admissions will not be entertained under any circumstances, emphasizing the necessity of utilizing the online portal for enrollment purposes.
